A look back at 2011... Denver children's photographer

Yes, it has only been a few weeks, but I was feeling nostalgic for good old 2011 so I put together a blog post of some favorite images from the past year! Take a look and leave a comment, I will do a random drawing from the comments and one person will win a free mini session for this Spring!

Nest... a boutique in Cherry Creek North

I have teamed up with Caroline, the owner of Nest in Cherry Creek North and we have some fun things up our sleeves! Here are a few images from our photo session this past Fall (yikes, where did the time go?!). Caroline is currently holding a contest to find the new models that will be featured in the store... our session will be this upcoming weekend!! Matilda Jane... Photolove

Matilda Jane's new Spring line House of Clouds is officially here! As part of the celebration they are holding a Photolove contest to find their favorite photographers... and I am soooo happy to have been included!

There were over 1000 photographers from around the world and they chose about 50 of their favorites to participate in the next round and ABP was selected! Next they sent clothes for us to photograph... We had a fun session this past weekend and then sent in one image for them to choose the final 10. We had a blustery Colorado day to contend with- windy & cold, but the girls were fun-loving little stars! Here is a little sample of what we did that day...

Apple Blossom Portraits... published!

I was in Vegas with some friends when I received some good news from the editors at The Bump magazine, some of my images were selected for the current issue! When I was planning my own wedding seven years ago I poured over The Knot.com for planning tips and ideas... now The Knot has a website and publication for moms-to-be... The Bump, and I am honored to be included!

... and I don't want to jinx it, but after a national call for cover images, I have an image up for consideration for the next issue's cover! Maybe I should go back to Vegas for some good luck?!
